Arousing the Buy Curious. A Spicy & Instructive Real Estate Book.

Arousing the Buy Curious: Real Estate Pillow Talk for Patrons and Professionals, has finally hatched.

Here begins shameless book pimping. It’s a really good real estate book. Maybe the best one you’ll read today. Maybe the best one ever.

But before you <buy it already>, let’s start with three warnings:

1. This real estate book is not rated PG-13 and is not suggested reading for virgins.
2. This is the first book that puts patrons in bed with the professionals revealing all the goods to both parties. This is huge…but it can be embarrassing.
3. It’s okay to make this your best investment of the day because you’re probably not going to win the lottery. I’m sorry.

Take a gander at this purposely washed out video (to hide extreme eye wrinkles due to too much caffeine and lack of sleep).

Great message Becky! We in the travel business have fought this same misconception that you bring to light in your book. Travel agents have not gone by the wayside but instead are seeing an upswing in how we are valued. Like those who try and plan a trip or buy or sell a house on their own…If everything goes as planned, then that’s just great. But when events occur that a professional is needed, who are they going to call? It all comes down to value versus cost. Luckily for travel professionals and real estate professionals, there are still plenty of people who value expert advice and help. Good luck with your book and getting your message across.

How true. Those, like you, in the travel business who embraced value and differentiated early are the ones who have, and will continue to, survive.
